I just watched the winged liner video on the link...really...tape???? I apply the liquid liner after I do the shadow so tape would be pretty stupid. It's all about having a steady hand and consistency,, If you place the tape before anything else, (shadow/primer/etc) it really does help and it gives a gorgeous shadow line too. Super clean and sharp looking! Perhaps it depends greatly on what kind of eyes you have, the way you use it and the brand. For me, this actually helps a lot since I am genetically "gifted" with raccoon eyes. Naturally, I look as if I always lack sleep, even though I get 8 hours of it. Adding white liner on my lower lashes does help a lot. For more info click on the source link..
