My favorite home remedy is actually another bath soak, I`ve never tried clay baths. For example , I take about a cup each of baking soda and Epsom salt and about 1/3 cup of ground ginger plus a few drops of essential oils, lavender, eucalyptus, whatever I`m in the mood for that day.The ginger is supposed to help draw out toxins as well and it makes your body warm and tingly.
